How to make a good cup of Greek coffee: To a metal coffee-pot(briki) containing lukewarm water, add a teaspoonful of Greek Coffee ( for every cup served) and sugar to taste. Stir well once and simmer until coffee rises, at which time coffee is ready to serve.
After pouring in, foam forms on surface and residue sinks to the bottom of the cup. Bravo!
