Chocolate Cake
185gm butter or margarine
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 3/4 Cup Sugar
3 eggs
2 Cups Self Raising Flour (sifted)
2/3 Cup Cocoa
1 Cup water
Combine all ingredients on low speed until mixed, then increase speed to med for approx. 3 min or until mixture is smooth and changed in colour.
Bake approx 1 1/2 hrs in mod oven.
