我最愛品嘗腐乳了。以前家裏吃的腐乳，都是存放很久才吃的。存放多久﹖不知道，不過，打開蓋子往裏看，如果瓶子裏沒有看到有蛆蟲，就再存放。我們家的腐乳，是不長蟲了不吃的。長了蟲，把蟲拿走，母親說那時的腐乳是最香最好吃的時候。腐乳不要怕裏面有蟲，那才叫美味，就像法國的芝士一樣，有條蟲在裏面鑽呀鑽的，那才好吃。我記得詩人戴天有個朋友在法國，曾在法國寄芝士給他，還特別寫了一封信告訴他，打開芝士時，千萬別讓裏面的蟲嚇了，那條蟲，是最好吃的。
